Create a Heartbeat monitor and copy its URL. Add a call to the end of your job, for example:

curl -fsS https://your-site/hb/YOUR-TOKEN

Set the interval to how often the job runs, plus a little grace. If no ping arrives in time, the monitor goes down and you are alerted.
