These terms govern your use of PulseWatch ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

We check the addresses you add and alert you when they fail. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that every outage will be detected or every alert delivered.

Your account

You are responsible for your login and for what you monitor. Only monitor systems you own or are allowed to test. Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe systems.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Backup add-on

Backups are encrypted on your site. If you use passphrase mode and lose the passphrase, we cannot recover your data. After cancellation backups are kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
