Where you use PulseWatch to process personal data on behalf of your own customers (for example status page subscribers or backups of sites that hold personal data), we act as your processor.

• We process data only on your documented instructions: to provide the service.
• Our staff are bound by confidentiality.
• We use appropriate security, including encryption of backups before they leave your site.
• We list our sub-processors in the Privacy Policy and will notify you of changes.
• We will help you answer data subject requests and notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach.
• At the end of the service we delete your data as described in the Terms.
