Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Five monitors checked every five minutes, email alerts and a public status page, free forever. No card needed.
How do you avoid false alarms?
A monitor must fail twice in a row, and on paid plans a second location must agree, before it is marked down.
Can I use my own domain for the status page?
Yes, on Pro and Agency. Point a CNAME at us and verify it from your dashboard.
Is the Backup add-on encrypted?
Every backup is encrypted on your own site before it is uploaded. Our storage only ever sees encrypted data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing tab. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
