This policy explains what PulseWatch collects and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
• Monitoring data: the addresses you add, check results and alert history.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer ID, not your card.
• Status page subscribers: email addresses, only after they confirm.

How we use it

To run the service, send alerts and account emails, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Stripe (payments), our email provider (alerts), our storage provider (encrypted backups) and our hosting provider.

Retention

Check history is kept according to your plan. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days.
